Does Blooker accept returns?

Certainly. For whatever reason you want to return the purchased goods, you can do so within 14 days solar from the date of receipt. You can return the entire order or some items that compose it. Shipping costs are charged to the customer. Returned items must be perfectly intact and labeled.

It is not possible to return or exchange items purchased online at our stores.

YOUR STEP-BY-STEP RETURN

1 - Inform us of the return

From the dedicated " REQUEST A RETURN " page, fill in the form with your order details. Proceed with the instructions indicated and indicate which items you want to return. Wait for the return to be authorised, you will receive an email notifying you of acceptance.

2 - Prepare the shipment

When your return has been authorized, prepare the shipment of the items you want to return, you can use our packaging or a new box. In any case, make sure that the goods are well packaged.

3 - Ship

Now you just have to make a shipment and let us deliver your return. You choose the method and the courier. Stecim Srl is not responsible for the return shipment, for this reason we advise you to rely on national couriers, the insured postal service or in any case a traceable shipment, to avoid damage or problems in the delivery of the return.

4 - Receive accreditation

Once you have inspected the goods you sent us, you will receive a refund of the amount due. You will receive the money with the same method you used for payment, it is not possible to request a credit with other methods. When we receive your return, the items will be inspected. Returned items must be perfectly intact and labeled. Non-compliant, used or damaged items will be returned to the customer.
